"And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, except by a mighty hand." (Exodus 3:19)

Commentary

Rashi comments on the meaning of the verse: "If I do not show him My strong hand—that is to say, as long as I do not make known to him My strong hand—he will not permit you to go."
